Privacy policy

Who we are
This policy explains how Van Guardia Digital LLC (“Van Guardia”, “we”) handles personal data on this website and in our products: Guestavia, Fórmula Propia, Traigómetro and Pulcro. We are a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, USA, with registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
Some products publish their own privacy policy. Where they do, that policy applies to that product and this one covers everything else.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, email, phone number, business details and the messages you send us.
- What you load into our products: for example bookings and guest details in Guestavia, or batches and costs in Fórmula Propia. When a business uses our products to serve its own customers, that business decides what it loads and we process it on its behalf.
- Payments: handled by our payment providers. We receive the payment status and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage records, needed to deliver and secure the service.
How we use it
We use personal data to provide and support our products, to bill subscriptions, to send messages related to your account, booking or order, to keep our services secure, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do this to perform our agreement with you, to comply with the law, and in our legitimate interest in running safe and working services. For optional marketing messages we ask for your consent first, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Text messages and WhatsApp
If you give us your phone number, or a business that uses our products gives it to us so it can reach you, we use it only to send the messages you asked for or that relate to your booking, order or account. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by writing to us. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell phone numbers. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run our products, under contracts that limit their use of it: hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare, Render), payments (Stripe, Mercado Pago), email and messaging (Brevo, Twilio and the WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta), sign-in (Google) and AI features (Anthropic). We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
Where data is processed
We are a US company and our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries. We choose providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is active or while we need it to provide the service, and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you live in Argentina, the European Union or another place with a data protection law, you also have the rights that law gives you, including filing a complaint with your local authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and established providers. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will let you know as the law requires.
Children
Our products are made for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we also tell the people who use our products.
